SOCIOLOGY - Tenure Track Assistant Professor starting Fall 2011 - Research Methods/Applied Sociology. Teach quantitative research methods, and other introductory and upper level sociology courses. SOCIOLOGY - Special Purpose Assistant Professor renewable, non-tenure track starting Fall 2011 - Ability to teach introduction to sociology required; ability to teach at least two of the following desired: social psychology, race and ethnicity, inequality. Ph.D. in Sociology preferred (ABD considered). Demonstrated commitment to applied educational activities such as internships, undergraduate research, service learning essential.
