Hi all, I need some advice on how to proceed, what is PC, etc. I went on a couple of campus interviews in November and December. The November one was at a small liberal arts college two weeks before thanksgiving and the committee said their plan was to decide before thanksgiving (yeah, short time frame!). But, I've heard NOTHING from them. It is strange that I've heard nothing, not even, "we are still looking at other applicants" type of response. Should I contact them? Ask what the deal is? I understand plans can go awry at such a small college, but it is already January.
My adviser says I should wait to contact them until I get an offer from the other school (so they can counter), but this is really nerve-wracking! Any advice?
